PAIDD provides an early payment discount platform enabling Customer's suppliers to request early payment in exchange for discounts set by Customer. The service is free for suppliers. Where Customer manages multiple Properties, group dashboard and reporting features are included.
Customer pays the Success Fee of 20% of EPD value captured. There are no license fees, setup fees, or integration fees.
Success Fees are charged monthly in arrears on the 1st of each month via card payment.
Valid payment details must be verified before account activation.
This Agreement continues on a rolling basis with no minimum commitment. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding Success Fees for EPDs captured become due upon termination.
Customer may add or remove Properties at any time via the dashboard. Each Property must accept the General Terms and provide valid payment details before activation.
Customer grants PAIDD permission to identify Customer and its Properties as PAIDD customers in marketing materials, website, case studies, and sales presentations. Customer agrees to participate in one case study or testimonial within the first 12 months, subject to mutual agreement on content.
Customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions at www.paidd.io/legal/general-terms, which are incorporated by reference and govern data protection, liability, intellectual property, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and all other matters not specified in this Agreement.
